Here at SoCo Art Labs, we believe in providing our members the flexibility to fit their lifestyles. With that in mind, we offer month-to-month memberships without any long-term commitments. We believe in empowering our members by providing them access to all our amenities without the added burden of lengthy contracts.
As a member of SoCo Art Labs, you will be able to take advantage of our state of the art Lab Areas for your creative needs, the Lounge for relaxation and networking, the Kitchenette for your sustenance needs, our Coffee Bar to energize you, Wi-Fi for a seamless work experience and ample Free Parking. We believe that our amenities cater to our members’ needs and that we have everything our members require to create their masterpieces comfortably.

Frequently Asked Questions
SoCo Art Lab memberships are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You may cancel or upgrade your memberships at any time; we simply ask for a 15 day courtesy notice so that we may make the necessary modifications to your account.
Your membership provides you access to our Work, Flex, and Tech labs, depending on the membership type you select.
As a SoCo Art Labs member, you also have access to our Lounge, Kitchenette, Coffee Bar, Free Wi-Fi and Free Private Parking. Our space is also available for workshops, classes, meetings and single day use.
You will be able to use our venue for your own event (ie workshop, class, private event) if you are enrolled in the Da Vinci, Picasso, or Flexible Lab memberships. We will determine if we are able to accommodate the event before approving your request. After the request has been approved, you will need to coordinate with us to determine the time and day.
Yes, we have staff onsite ready to assist you in any way that may be required during normal business hours. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

SoCo Art Labs is not open in the following holidays; New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Patriots’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,Indigenous Peoples’ Day , Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Yes the public is welcome to visit and tour our venue during normal business hours. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The artists’ workspaces will be viewable to you, and you may even have the opportunity to speak with and inquire with them. Additionally, you will be able to see every piece of art on exhibit in our space and even have the chance to buy it.
Members and visitors have access to our private lot, which has 36 parking spaces. There is also ample off-street parking nearby our building.
SoCo Art Labs provides numerous building amenities to make your experience more enjoyable. Private parking, a temperature-controlled environment, a lounge with several comfortable chairs and a 65″ television for you to relax or catch up on your favorite show, a kitchenette area and coffee bar to keep you fueled up, an easy-access loading dock to make moving in easier, and large brand new windows that allow plenty of natural lighting are all included.
SoCo Art Labs is a place where your family and friends are welcome. They are welcome to come in and visit you while you are here, or simply to enjoy some of the amenities we have to offer.
